STANDARD DELIVERY FOR LAGOS: 1-2 working days after your order is ready.

ALL OTHER STATES WITHIN NIGERIA: 3-7 working days after your order is ready.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer worldwide shipping to all countries in the world with an estimated shipping time of 5 - 10 working days. International orders may be subject to tariff, taxes, duties and other fees per the destination country laws and regulations. These charges are not included in the fees during checkout and the customer would be required to pay these charges upon delivery. We do not take responsibility if the package gets held
at customs or at any other point in the destination country.

SHIPPING RATES: The rate is calculated based on the weight of the order. You will see the final shipping at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

CUSTOMER UNAVAILABILITY FOR DELIVERY IN LAGOS: If a customer is unavailable to receive a package after two attempts despite being pre-notified by the courier, customer would be required to pay an extra fee.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

REFUNDS: We only offer refunds in cases where the customer received damaged goods. In a case like this, an email should be sent 24-48 hours after the package has been delivered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE: We create made-to-order garments, that means we cannot accept returns/exchange. In the case of a fit issue, we can alter the size for the same style. Cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by the customer.

DAMAGED GOODS: If upon receipt of your order, you find the product to be
damaged in transit please drop us a line. We would be happy to provide a refund or exchange only for the damaged products. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and original condition.Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by the customer.
